• face framing/bangs need to be shortened or blended

• a small amount of “weight” needs to be removed from hair

haircolor adjustments

• toner is not desired shade

• a portion of highlights needs more blending

• single process for gray hair coverage did not sufficiently cover the gray.

Non Eligible Adjustments

haircut adjustments

• bringing overall length shorter

haircolor adjustments

• adding highlights to achieve a significantly lighter look

• changing highlight placement agreed upon. ie subtle + lived in vs higher to the root and less dimension.
